    Soy sauce made naturally with Yuzu and Sudachi juice. Aged in "Kioke" wooden barrels.

    Contains "Enrei" soybeans, wheat from Hokkaido, salt from Mexico, water from Shodoshima, citrus fruits (Sudachi and Yuzu 12%), sugar from Tanegashima, Katsuobushi and Kombu from Hokkaido.

    Fresh aroma and high levels of umami.
