Soy sauce made naturally with Dashi from Kombu Rausu seaweed from Hokkaido and Katsuobushi from Kagoshima. Aged in wooden barrels called "Kioke".
Contains soybeans, wheat from Hokkaido, salt from Mexico, water from Shodoshima, sugar from Tanegashima, Katsuobushi from Kagoshima and Kombu from Hokkaido.
Sweet and fragrant with high levels of umami.
